  1. While you can see your product price in several currencies offered, the final checkout payment is in Malaysian Ringgit.
  2. All tracking details will be automatically sent to you as soon as your order is processed by the courier (there is no need to email us after placing your order). If you check and see your Order Status is Fulfilled in our system, this means that it has been passed to the courier and is under processing.
  3. Maximum order weight is 20kg per order.
  4. PayPal may charge a temporary $1.00 amount whenever NEW card information is added, edited, updated, or changed. However, this charge is only temporary and will be returned to your card balance.

Express Priority Post

Our Rainforest Herbs International Priority Express Courier partners are both Aramex and Poslaju (EMS). Package weight is calculated on a volumetric (dimensional) basis.

In West Malaysia pay no more than RM10.35 for Express Priority Delivery for all orders up to 10 Kgs in (volumetric) weight! Free shipping for orders more than RM188.00

How Much is the Postal Fee?

After you fill in your address at CHECKOUT and press "Continue to payment method" then your postage choices / charge will be displayed before any payment details needs to be given.

Tracking Info

Tracking Information will be emailed to you once the product has been shipped. Detailed Express Post Tracking info will be emailed at various stages in the products delivery.

In some countries customs may randomly open any parcel to confirm the contents and may even break the seal on a bottle in the process. We are not liable for any damage to products by Customs as this is beyond our control and is a necessary challenge in the post 9/11 environment. In the event that this may have occurred please take a photo of the products as they appear in the carton and email us for our evaluation. Only if the damage is ascertained as being due to improper packaging on our part then we will refund the product cost or provide a replacement product.

Shipping Terms, Conditions & Liability

Please enter your shipping address information correctly; please use Capital letters where required. Chinese character addresses are acceptable but please provide the English translation as well. All orders to be processed within approximately one to two BUSINESS days. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after midday will be processed on the following Monday.

Maximum order weight is 20 kgs. For orders weighing more than 20kgs kindly email us for special shipping rates.

Customs Information

We are not responsible for any import duties or inspection fees in your country. In our post 9/11 environment it is becoming increasing common for Customs to pick parcels randomly for inspection and in some countries this may incur additional fee's or duties.

Also, we cannot be held responsible if the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses the package (for whatever reason) or if your destination country does not allow importation of health supplements for personal use or you refuse to pay any additional costs incurred.

Order Breakages

As some of our coconut products are in glass bottles (YumYum Coconut Butter, Coconut Vinegar, Virgin Coconut Oil 125 & 150ml) so breakages may occasionally occur due to poor handling by couriers. In the event that this occurs, simply take a photo of the damaged parcel contents and email us and we will replace your broken contents immediately. Initially we used only PET food grade containers that are breakproof but some customers complained why we did not use glass. However, after switching to glass we are  occasionally facing some issues due to the more fragile nature of glass containers.
